Meet our founder
Jessica Craig
Exit Welle was founded by Jessica Craig to help business owners approach one of the most important transitions of their careers with greater clarity and confidence.
Early in her career in banking, Jessica noticed how often owners were asking for help selling their businesses. Despite completing an MBA, she realized that very little traditional business education actually prepares founders for exiting a company, even though 100% of business owners will exit their business at some point.
Today, Jessica is President of IBBA Canada and holds the CBI and CEPA designations. Through Exit Welle, she focuses on helping owners start earlier, understand their options, and make decisions with confidence.
